Just some impressions :)

Rights @Martin :)

We are still close to Kaunas. Thanks to Elinta we've made it successfully to the next Chademo charger near Vilnius.

Elinta is a local company producing Charger-Hardware :)
They are awesome friendly and welcome you in their office with coffee, I'm still exited. Big thank you @Elinta

All chargers have been reported via Plugshare :) Go go go and up to Riga :D Sadly this time our hotel won't provide any charging possibility - therefore we've to find a charger first and then check in into the Rixwell Hotel.

The view From the passenger seat #1 - one leap at a time

The trip started with the intention to do something crazy and so far we do not lack crazyness.

Our planning included twice more stations than necessary, unfortunately halve of them were inaccessible due to complicated payments (i won't buy a check sim!) or closed gates. Plugshare really needs icons like geocaching to help drivers e.g. not to waste their ranges on trying to charge at a station that is not available 24/7!

In our case we had luck. The last kwh carried us just to the gate of the hotel...

I remember the Roads in Poland too well from our last roadtrip, but this time it was even more surreal. Super-modern highways that are 3 times wider than the southern Highway cross of vienna + the roads that are in a state below any means of sanity, you can have both alternating every 10-20km. High tech companies are next door to villages that give you the creeps at night. Wanna top that? Add cyclists without light at night to such a road. It seems that if you grow up in the east of poland, you are not afraid of anything anymore. Damn!

Anyway, it all seems to be at a (very fast paced) state of change and maybe if there is a next time, we have a better chance to enjoy it.
What a day... we've made 1.050 km with a Tesla Model S 70 D - awesome. Of course we had a lot of issues with the charging points in Poland, its streets and the weather itself, but all in all we've made it to Bialystok, Poland :)

A great thank you goes to ABB with its oasis in the middle of absolut nothing - in the meaning of an EV charger. Simply don't try to do our mistakes again and simply drive directly to ABB charger in Lodz - it offers Chademo with more than 40kw/h :D

Tomorrow the Roadtrip shall be much more enjoyable, therefore we will travel only to Riga which is about 590km away :)

By the way, the weather in Tampere is currently quite of a kind ... just see the weather forcast picture ;) Let's see how our 70D can deal with it :D For now it has become sure that 340km with rain and temperatures about 0°C are possible if you drive really carfully, not faster than 90km/h and without heater ;)

Have fun with the pictures :) At least tomorrow some more pictures about Riga will follow :)

@Murauer
By the way a very great great great thank you to Murauer and Andreas itself for the sponsoring of the Murauer beer :D We've successfully curred our 'Unterhopfung" :D
